Our Policy
SQUARE 1 DESIGNS
CUSTOMER POLICIES & ORDERING GUIDE
Square 1 Designs is committed to providing quality products, clear communication, and dependable service. The following policies help us manage each project fairly and give every order the time and attention it deserves. By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts these policies.
1. Design Policy
One complimentary design setup is included with each printed order.
The setup includes one initial concept, basic text placement, color coordination, and one proof.

Minor Revision #2..................$10
Minor Revision #3..................$15
Each additional minor revision....................$20
Major design change or complete restart..........$35-$75
Minor revisions include small wording, color, or placement adjustments that do not change the original concept.
Major changes include a new theme, layout, color direction, image set, or a request to start over.
2. Inspiration Images & Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers may submit inspiration from Etsy, Pinterest, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or similar sources. These examples will be used for inspiration only. Square 1 Designs will create an original design and will not duplicate another designer's copyrighted work. Inspiration images submitted after design work begins will result in a $10 fee. Customer-created artwork must be clear, high-resolution, and print-ready. Square 1 Designs is not responsible for correcting artwork created by the customer or another designer unless editing services are purchased. Image edits, including color or outfit changes, begin at $10 and may increase based on complexity.
3. Artwork-Only Orders
Custom artwork without printing begins at $35. Pricing depends on the design's complexity, size, and intended use. No exceptions.
4. Consultations
Consultations are available by appointment only so that each client receives focused attention. Available consultation windows are:
Monday: 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
Thursday: 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
Friday: 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
To request a consultation, text 601.502.3960. If an immediate call is not possible, Square 1 Designs
will respond when available or after 5:00 p.m. Weekend messages will be answered the following Monday or next business day.
5. Order Submission
All orders must be submitted in writing using the official Square 1 Designs Order Form.
Orders may be submitted through the online form or by text. Phone calls are not accepted for placing orders because a
written record of all specifications is required. If clarification is needed, Square 1 Designs will contact the customer.
SAME-WEEK ORDER DEADLINE
Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. is the cutoff for orders needed during the same week. Orders received after the deadline are
not guaranteed and may be subject to a rush fee beginning at $15, depending on the order.
6. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders
Turnaround time begins only after all required information, clear photos or files, and the required deposit or full payment
have been received. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, orders will be ready for pickup by Friday at 5:00 p.m.
Rush service is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
7. Business Hours & Response Times
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Messages received after business hours will be answered
the next business day. Saturday and Sunday messages will be answered on Monday or the next business day.
8. Payment Policy
A deposit or full payment is required before any design or production work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup, shipping, or release of final files. No exceptions.
Quoted prices may change if the quantity, size, materials, deadline, or design requirements change.
9. Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval, including spelling, names,
dates, colors, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, sizes, quantities, and all other details.
Approval authorizes production. Square 1 Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may delay completion.
10. File Submission
Preferred file types are PNG, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution JPG. Screenshots, social-media downloads, and blurry or
low-resolution images may print poorly. Square 1 Designs will notify the customer when a submitted file
is unsuitable when reasonably apparent; however, the customer remains responsible for the quality of supplied files.
11. Copyright & Trademark Policy
Square 1 Designs will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked artwork without proper authorization.
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to use it.
Square 1 Designs may decline any request that may violate intellectual-property rights.
12. Pickup, Shipping & Delivery
Pickup must occur at the confirmed date and time during business hours unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
Please text if you will be late or need to reschedule. The full balance must be paid before an order is released.
Shipping and delivery charges are separate unless included in the written quote.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, carrier delays are outside the control of Square 1 Designs.
13. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Because products are personalized, payments become nonrefundable once design work, purchasing, or production has begun.
If an order is canceled before work begins, any refund may be reduced by non-refundable processing or material costs.
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless Square 1 Designs made an error or the item is defective.
Any concern must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with clear photographs.
14. Color, Size & Product Variations
Colors may vary slightly between phones, monitors, printers, inks, paper, fabric, and other materials. Handmade and personalized products may also have minor placement or size variations. These normal production differences are not considered defects.

Submitting an order and payment confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted this
Customer Policies & Ordering Guide. Policy exceptions must be approved in writing by Square 1 Designs.
